Discovery
Before anything gets designed or built, we talk. I want to understand your business, your customers, and exactly what you need the site to do. This is where we figure out the scope, the timeline, and whether I'm the right fit for the project.
Plan
Once we're aligned, I put together a clear plan — what's being built, how it'll work, and what the timeline looks like. No vague proposals or endless back-and-forth. You'll know exactly what you're getting before any work begins.
Build
This is where I get to work. I'll keep you updated throughout so there are no surprises, and you'll have the chance to review and give feedback before anything is finalised. Every decision made during the build goes back to what we agreed in the plan.
Launch
When everything is tested and you're happy, we go live. I handle the technical side of the launch — hosting, domain setup, the lot — so you don't have to worry about any of it. And I don't disappear after launch day either.
